Grownt Global LLC · St. Petersburg, Florida

The frontier isn't a place. It's an operation.

Grownt Global is Grownt's international arm. We take Latin American leaders into the operating core of the world's most advanced companies and come back with a plan their company can fund, approve and execute.

Why Grownt

Three differences that change the outcome

The executive immersion market is full of agenda and short on consequence. Our premise is different: the program is only over when there is a decision with an owner, a deadline and a budget.

Not content. A decision.

Every participant leaves with their own action plan, written in the room and reviewed by a mentor. We don't hand out notebooks, we hand you a board meeting that already has an agenda.

Not a school. A firm.

Grownt makes its living executing: R&D tax incentives, innovation funding, M&A and digital transformation. What we teach in the room is what we apply for clients on Monday morning.

Not a tour. A closed room.

Cohorts of forty leaders, a mentor at every table and confidentiality as the rule. Much of the value of an immersion sits in the person next to you, which is why the cohort is curated.

Grownt Academy

Four programs, one standard

Small cohorts, curated participants and a deliverable your company can actually process. All programs are operated by Grownt Global LLC.

01

AI Executive Circle

National immersion · 2 days
2 days40 leadersOne mentor per tableC-level, innovation directors and owners

The core of Grownt Academy. Forty leaders, a closed room, one mentor per table. Two days to move artificial intelligence off the committee agenda and into a decision with an owner, a deadline and a budget.

What you take with you

  • An AI maturity diagnosis of your operation
  • A use-case map prioritised by return and effort
  • An individual action plan reviewed by a mentor before you leave the room
  • A reading of the funding path that applies to your case
02

Frontier Immersion · Silicon Valley

International immersion · 5 days
5 daysSan Francisco and Silicon ValleySmall groupDaily translation session

A week inside the system that produces the frontier: AI companies, funds, labs and operators. This is not a sightseeing route. It is a working agenda, and every day ends with a session translating what you saw into your own business.

What you take with you

  • A curated agenda of companies, funds and operators, not auditoriums
  • A daily session translating the content into your P&L
  • An innovation thesis ready to take to your board
  • A map of qualified partners, vendors and targets
03

Capital & Growth · Miami

International immersion · 3 days
3 daysMiami and FloridaPartners, founders and CFOsStructure, capital and go-to-market

For those who have already decided to grow abroad and need structure, not inspiration. Three days on incorporation, capital and entering the US market, run out of Florida, where Grownt Global is incorporated.

What you take with you

  • A reading of the corporate and tax structure required to operate in the US
  • A capital map: banks, funds, family offices and investors
  • A market entry plan with priorities, timelines and costs
  • A local network across legal, accounting and banking
04

Board & In-Company

Closed program · Tailored
Tailored formatIn person or hybridBrazil, Portugal, Colombia and the USContractual confidentiality

The same method, designed for a board, an executive committee or a leadership team. The content is built on your industry, your numbers and the decisions that have been stuck for too long.

What you take with you

  • A prior diagnosis based on leadership interviews
  • A program designed around your pending decisions
  • An action plan per area, with an owner and a deadline
  • Execution follow-up, available under a separate engagement
The honest comparison

What the market sells and what Grownt delivers

The conventional immersion

  • Stage, audience and a photo at the end
  • An agenda of visits
  • A certificate of attendance
  • Generic market content
  • Ends on the last day
  • A teacher who studied the subject

The Grownt standard

  • Closed room and a working table
  • An agenda of decisions
  • An action plan signed by the participant
  • Framed around your industry and your P&L
  • Continues into execution, with the funding path mapped
  • An operator who executes what they teach
The Grownt method

Four stages, one consequence

The method is the same across every program, from the two-day circle to a closed board engagement. The content changes; the requirement to leave with a decision does not.

01

Diagnosis

Before the immersion. A maturity questionnaire and interviews with the leadership team. You arrive with your case already mapped, so the room doesn't waste time on the generic.

02

Immersion

Closed room, one mentor per table. Content, real cases and challenge. Every block ends in a written decision, never in a loose note.

03

Plan

The deliverable is an individual action plan: what changes, who owns it, by when and at what cost. Reviewed by a mentor before you leave the room.

04

Funded execution

Where there is innovation, there is a funding mechanism. We map the path that applies and, if you want, Grownt runs the fundraising.

The bridge nobody else builds

The program ends where the money starts

This is the structural difference between Grownt and any business school. We do not stop at the plan. Grownt is, at its origin, a firm built on R&D tax incentives, innovation funding and M&A. When the plan you wrote in the room involves eligible innovation, there is a funding path, and we know that path because it is what we do every day.

Eligibility depends on the specific case. A preliminary reading is part of the program; execution is contracted separately.

Lei do Bem

Brazil's tax incentive for research, development and technological innovation.

Finep

Credit and grants for innovation projects, including subsidised lines.

Mover

Brazil's green mobility and innovation program for the automotive chain.

M&A and capital

When the answer is not to build, but to buy, partner or raise.

Innovation that never reaches the budget is just conversation. Our obsession is what happens on Monday.

Diego Teixeira · CEO and founding partner, Grownt
Who leads

Operators, not speakers

The programs are led by people who answer for results inside companies, not by people who study the subject from the outside.

Straight answers

What people ask before applying

What language are the programs run in?

Portuguese or English, depending on the cohort. In international immersions, sessions with companies and funds are in English, with translation support when needed, and Grownt's working sessions run in the cohort's language.

Who can take part?

C-level executives, directors, board members, partners and owners. There is curation: the cohort is selected, among other reasons, to avoid direct competitors in the same room and to keep the level of conversation high.

Does the investment include flights and accommodation?

No. The investment covers the program, materials, agenda, mentors and working sessions. Flights and accommodation are the participant's responsibility, with a recommended hotel at a negotiated rate.

Can my company use tax incentives to pay for the program?

It depends on the specific case. When the program forms part of an eligible research, development or innovation project, there are mechanisms that apply. Grownt provides that preliminary reading before enrolment, at no cost.

Is the invoice issued in Brazil or in the United States?

International programs can be invoiced from Brazil or from the United States, whichever suits you better. Grownt Global LLC invoices in US dollars out of Florida and the Brazilian operation invoices in reais. We settle this in the conversation before enrolment, according to your structure.

How does enrolment work?

You submit an application through the site, we have a twenty-minute conversation to understand your context and confirm fit, and only then is your place confirmed. Small cohorts require that filter.

The next cohort is small by design

If you are accountable for an innovation decision that has stalled, start with the application. The twenty-minute conversation is free and exists so both sides can decide whether it makes sense.
